Terms and Conditions – Project Managers Movement Online Learning Sessions

1. General

• By registering for a Project Managers Movement (“PMM”) Online Learning Session (“the Session”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
• These sessions include but are not limited to the CV Workshop, LinkedIn Workshop, and any bundled or 1-on-1 coaching options offered as part of this program.

2. Session Participation

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, access to Zoom (or other specified online platforms), and a quiet environment to engage in the session.

• Each registration is valid for one individual only and is non-transferable without prior written consent from Project Managers Movement.

• Participants must join the session on time. Late arrivals may miss critical content and will not be entitled to extensions or refunds.

3. Fees and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place.

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts unless otherwise agreed in writing by Project Managers Movement.

• In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled session, PMM may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative session date or credit towards a future session subject to availability.

• Substituting another participant in your place may be permitted upon written approval from PMM prior to the session start date.

• If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by PMM due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly and offered either a reschedule or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, frameworks, strategies, and content shared during the session (including slides, templates, recordings, and discussions) are the intellectual property of Project Managers Movement.

• These materials are provided for personal and professional use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or sold without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

• The information provided during the session is for educational purposes and general guidance only.

• PMM makes no guarantees of employment or specific career outcomes. The strategies and recommendations provided are designed to increase your professional visibility and effectiveness but depend on your personal effort, experience, and market conditions.

7. Privacy

• PMM collects and stores your registration details for communication, session delivery, and future learning opportunities.

• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Project Managers Movement, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the session.

• You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
